Since establishment, Stanley & Partners is devoting in the cultivation of backup talents. In past five years, Stanley & Partner recruited two groups of management trainees from top universities in Beijing and Shanghai every year. After the first phase of the trainee program, some talented trainees will be employed in the company. For those who are not employed, their competitiveness also was enhanced in the first phase of the trainee program and has better future in their career. This management trainee program not only provides many backup talents for the company, but also provides a good solution for the employment of fresh graduates, which is normally regarded as a social problem.

Recruitment: University Graduates

Bachelor or above, preferential in civil engineer, real estate, finance, and economics
Strong ability in data collection, data mining and analysis
Proficiency in written and oral Chinese and English
Good applicability in job, leadership, team-spirit, and contact ability
Can work under pressure
Goal:
After one year (two phases) training, trainees will have a systematic understanding of real estate market and project operation process. On the other hand, qualified trainees will be employed to have further training.
Training Process:
In April or May, Stanley & Partners will hold job fairs in top universities in Shanghai. In September or October, the company will post job advertisement to recruit more trainees.
Training Content:
Normal Training (fundamental training for every trainee)
Study the methodology of data collection, mining and analysis. And, the technique to increase data accuracy.
Update and maintain database, providing data and technique support for investment projects
Project execution, including land valuation, urban planning & renovation, feasibility study & market positioning, asset valuation, and etc.
Applying market research and market data in actual investment projects, including pre-session study, feasibility study, investment proposal, and can solely present study report.

Specialized Training (according to actual situation)
1. Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai, Nanjing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Suzhou), collecting market data and following research

Collecting real estate market data (focus on residential market)
Collecting developer information based in Nanjing, Ningbo, Hangzhou and Suzhou, or actual/potential developers from Shanghai and Beijing
2. Bohai Bay Area (Beijing, Tianjin), colleting market data and following research

Collecting real estate market data (focus on residential market)
Collecting developer information based in Tianjin, or actual/potential developers from Shanghai and Beijing
Advantage of Trainee Progrem
Every three years, Stanley & Partners will organize a gathering party for former trainees. This party will provide a useful inter-person network for each other.
PS: The Investment, Research & Consultancy Department of Stanley & Partners will continually recruit trainees. The requirements are as follows:

Duties:
Trainees will be provided scheduled training programs in Investment, Research & Consultancy Department, and will join relevant works as follows:
1. Collecting and mining market data, providing analysis and trying to increase data accuracy validity.
2. Maintain and update database, providing data and supporting for relevant projects.
3. Actual operating of projects, including land auction, bidding consultancy, urban planning and area renovation, project feasibility study and marketing consultancy, asset appraisal consultancy, and etc.
4. Can effectively apply market research analysis and data in the operation of investment projects, including pre-session investment analysis, feasibility study, investment proposals, can independently complete investment report, presentation, and etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor or above, majoring architect, real estate, finance, economics and relevant courses
Strong ability in data collecting, mining and analyzing
Proficiency and fluent in Chinese and English
Good applicability of Job, leadership, team-spirit and contact ability
Can work under high pressures
