Dr. Chan is a founding partner of Stanley & Partners. He is in charge of the investment department, fund management department, investment research & consultancy department. He has 15 years' experiences in real estate and is specialised in foreign funds investment in China real estate and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in this field. He has successfully helped Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank, and etc. to invest in China real estate.
Dr. Chan has taught MBA course for Newport University and Curtin University in their Hong Kong campuses. Dr. Chan also was appointed as project manager in Hong Kong Shui On Group. When he was in the U.S., he was employed as project manager in Gerald Mele Associates. Dr. Chan has profound knowledge and experiences in the development and financial services of residential, retail and industrial projects in Hong Kong and the U.S.

Managing Partner of Stanley real estate Capital Ltd. Stephen was a Managing Director of Wachovia Real Estate Asia and responsible for the firm’s real estate effort in the region with focus in Greater China. In about three years after the opening of the office in Hong Kong in 2005, Stephen was instrumental in building the firm’s real estate platform in the region, with over US$ 600 million invested in a portfolio of over US$ 1.5 billion and a team of over 20 people. Prior to joining Wachovia, Stephen is one of the team leaders for Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate and Structured Finance team in Greater China. In four years, he helped Lehman to build a leading investment platform in Greater China, with a portfolio of over US$1 billion and a team of 15 people. Before Lehman, Stephen was one of the four bankers in Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DKW) structured finance team. He was responsible for structuring and originating the firm’s warehousing facilities in different asset classes.
Prior to joining DKW, Mr. Au was involved in different areas in ING Barings, JP Morgan and Bank of New York including mortgaged back securities analytics, structured finance, and investment banking, involving in transactions with values of over US$10 billion.

She is promoting the internal training for full-time & part-time employees as well as maintaining the daily operation of the company. The internal training is not only nurturing experts for the company, but also providing a good return for society.

Ice is the deputy head of investment department in Stanley & Partners. She has around 10-year real estate working experience. She is good at structural financing and asset acquisition, and she has valuable on-hand experience in real estate legal aspect. Ice has successfully helped her clients, including Citigroup, Wachovia, CITIC Capital, to complete several investment and private placement.
Ice is the candidate Master of Law of Each China University of Political Science and Law, and she received her Bachelor of Law from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.
