With development of Stanley & Partners, we understand a good talent backup system is crucial for future development. Thus, Stanley & Partners has set up an integrated management training system for every new employee (mainly for trainees and fresh overseas graduates). The process of this system is as follows:

 

Training in each phase:

Phase I (Investment/Research Assistant): 1-3 months, new employee will be familiar with Company Constitution, business and relative process in each department.
Phase II (Investment Analyst/Researcher): 4-6 months, new employee will be trained in project execution, report writing, and etc.
Phase III (Senior Investment Analyst/Researcher): 1-1.5 years, employee will further trained in project execution, independent project execution and leadership managment
Phase IV (Officer – Manager): 2-5 years, employee will be promoted in management level. Besides training, the employee will be further trained in special knowledge, team work, and corporate management.

The Content of Management Trainee Program are:

Professional Training: real estate related knowledge (financial analysis, financing methods), and project operation knowledge.
Project Execution Training: financing report, market feasibility study, non-performing loan valuation and execution ability in different projects.
Site-visiting: on-site research of excellent projects, corporate annual activities.
